Comprehensive support materials are provided and can be delivered as a weekly course, used as part of an on-going drop-in, job club or as one-to-one support and mentoring. Newly developed workbooks and support guides are ideal for situations where remote support is required.

Once the training has been completed the work can be begin very quickly. Most Job Clubs run for 2-3 hours one morning a week and some operate alongside other social action activities e.g. foodbanks or advice sessions

Jericho ask Ignition partners for a small contribution towards costs of just £50.00 per year.

You will be encouraged to connect with job centres, other organisations and agencies in the area who mav provide referrals.

Jericho provide l-day or 2-day training workshops for volunteers, help to promote your project, ongoing advice, and comprehensive resource materials with ready to use session plans, handouts and extension activity resources

You will need an appropriate room with internet access, a laptop (ideally three or four), printer, and use of a mobile phone.

Ideally, a lead volunteer, supported by 2 or 3 volunteers will be needed to run the job club and provide refreshments. However it is possible to start on a smaller scale with less people and adapt the provision accordingly.
