Cinnamon Incubator Programme
The Incubator Programme is a one-of-a-kind, money-can’t-buy opportunity. Each year we accept just five projects to join us. Projects take part in two, three-day residentials packed with teaching from industry professionals, receive mentoring every other month, and be part of a supportive learning community.

Complete support to replicate your project
The Cinnamon Incubator Programme is designed specifically to help Christian leaders who want to replicate their work in other locations. Training includes: concept development, fundraising, marketing, finance, governance, Christian distinctiveness, replication models and impact measurement.

What Our Participants Say
“A big part is just coming together and having an opportunity to be with other Christian social entrepreneurs essentially who are looking to do similar things to you.”
Bryan Elliot, Starfish Alliance, 2024 Winner
“Our project has gained so much from Cinnamon, it’s really hard to even put it into words. Just the qualities, the training that we’ve had has been phenomenal.”
Jenni Calcraft, Someone Cares, 2023 Winner
“Before I came into Cinnamon I didn’t even know I could work in other churches and we’re growing by the day and it’s all down to being in the Cinnamon Incubator.”
Valerie Lolomari, Revive – Women of Grace, 2022 Finalist
“This feels like I found gold. It’s brilliant and way surpassed my expectation. It’s giving me so much to think about and take home.”
John White, Hazelnut Community, 2024 Finalist
“It’s a very lonely journey to be a pioneer, to be here with other people who understand what it means and to be launching and trying to replicate something you’re passionate about it amazing.”
Gail Millar, Compassionate Conversations, 2024 Finalist
“It’s been great just to be outside of the busyness of the day-to-day operations to have a bit of headspace to think and explore the bigger picture.”
Emma Gould, Orchards, 2022 Finalist
“It was just so important in terms of being part of a Christian organisation that has the same ethos, the same values, that they could see that what we were doing was about the Kingdom of God.”
Louise Egitto, Begin Well, 2024 Finalist
“A highlight of the Cinnamon Incubator has been having the expertise of others around you in areas where you’re weak and you having that expertise that you can draw from.”
Judi Wood, Springboard, 2023 Finalist
“It’s been amazing and I am so glad I said yes to the opportunity. It’s been life changing. I have attended a lot of training programmes, but there is something new to take from everyone that has presented.”
Joyce Obaseki, Grant a Smile, 2024 Finalist
