We at Baby Basics UK, like many of you, have been shocked, saddened and generally felt helpless when watching the news about the awful atrocities occurring in Ukraine.
We are passionate about vulnerable families and ensuring that they have all they need for life with their preschool children. We are thankful that we have the opportunity to work with Krish Kandiah and The Sanctuary Foundation to play a part in welcoming Ukrainian refugee families to the UK.
As the ‘Hosts for Ukraine’ scheme is launched by The Government, we are prepared and ready to support host families to have all the equipment they need to look after mums and young children.
Not everyone is in a position to take on the commitment of hosting a Ukrainian family, but we can all play a small part and buying something from our Amazon wish list will do just that.
