Diane’s experience in community development spans more than 25 years with a variety of voluntary sector and faith-based organisations. Alongside her Cinnamon work, Diane is also a practice tutor for community development at the University of Glasgow.

Victoria Lawrence

Connecting church and community
Victoria Lawrence (RVL)—as she’s fondly known—is a passionate leader and advocate for vibrant, community-connected churches. She heads up Cinnamon Network’s work in the Greater London area, supporting churches on their journey to engage more deeply with their local communities.
Amongst other roles, Victoria is the founder of The Father’s Joy Ministries, a Cultural Intelligence consultant, and serves as a council member for Churches in Communities. She sits on the Board of Trustees at the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity and is the Church Engagement Manager at Bible Society. In addition, she provides Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) guidance to Christian organisations and churches across the UK.
