Paul is a gifted communicator with experience of church leadership and a passion for seeing churches impact their communities. Alongside his role at Cinnamon, he is the CEO of Churches in Communities International – one of the fastest-growing Christian networks in the UK.

Diane’s experience in community development spans more than 25 years with a variety of voluntary sector and faith-based organisations. Alongside her Cinnamon work, Diane is also a practice tutor for community development at the University of Glasgow.

Connecting church and community

Michelle brings experience from the financial sector and as a trust fundraiser to support churches as they apply for Cinnamon Micro-Grants. She is also the founder for Sawiyan, a local charity working to build strong relationships between the church and local community.

Bringing it all together

Sarah brings vast experience from both the public and charity sectors. She’s also a passionate advocate for church-led social action, having led and supported numerous ministries. Sarah is also currently completing a Doctorate at Durham University, researching how churches in the UK have responded to the pandemic.

Liam has helped numerous churches and not-for-profit organisations develop their business strategies and secure funding. He is also Chief Executive of Bradford-based Prime Time Young Leader’s Network, a charity that empowers young people with skills and experiences.

Jemima supports charities and NGOs with their communications, operational and administrative needs. She has specialist experience of humanitarian organisations working in conflict zones. A knowledgeable generalist, she fills in any gaps!

Nick has extensive experience in supporting churches of all denominations and sizes to set up effective social action projects in response to the needs of their community. He is also an experienced web developer bringing experience from some of the UK’s biggest IT companies.

Kelleigh’s strategic role works across Greater London connecting a diversity of churches and Christian projects into Cinnamon Networks programmes of existing work. Kelleigh is instrumental in supporting churches within three key areas; Church Connection/Project Growth/Business Development.
